Hey, I’m Shelby.

I started Weber Mountain Wengreens in 2022 with my husband, Colby. What began as a way to create income from home while raising our daughter has grown into something even more meaningful. Along the way, I realized just how many landowners feel stuck—paying taxes on a property they don’t want or use, unsure how to sell it, or overwhelmed by the process.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve spent the past few years helping people sell land they no longer need—without the stress. No runaround. No high-pressure tactics. Just honest conversations and a process that works. Whether you’re looking for a quick cash close or need a little more flexibility, my goal is always the same: to make selling your land simple and fair.

I may not be the right fit for everyone—but I will take the time to listen and help however I can. Even if I’m not the buyer, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
