In this day and age, with new frauds and "get rich quick" schemes multiplying by the minute, it is refreshing to run across an agency that honestly desires to help others. One such company is Weber Mountain Wengreen, based in Utah. After receiving many offers to purchase some land I owned in another state, I had a certain "feeling" when I received the offer from Weber Mountain Wengreen. I checked out the company as best I could and did not find anything that raised a "red flag," so I contacted them to learn more about them.
After talking with Shelby Wengreen, I decided to venture into allowing my property to be sold. Shelby was upbeat and always had a smile to her voice, and she made everything easy. Even though they suggest closing will occur on an average of 15 days from their receipt of the signed agreement, it took much longer to close on our property. Yet this was not the fault of Weber Mountain Wengreen, But rather the complications with two county governments who had not done their due diligence with the original deed and survey. (The property ran along a county line.) Instead of 15 days, it took almost 3 months to close. But Shelby was there all along, contacting the county officials and the title company, as well as keeping me informed with each step. She went over and above normal duty, even to scoping out a couple of local bids to build a fence along the county line, contacting and paying for a local notary to come to my house to notarize the closing documents, and, in short, making the process painless for my wife and me.
Today we had closing, and everything went smoothly. My wife and I are now mortgage free, and, for all practical purposes, debt free. Weber Mountain Wengreen is a company which works for YOU!

Received the letter! Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical. With all of the Scams these days you can’t be too careful. My wife had been trying to get me to sell this property for several years. Then came the letter. She said it was a Godsend and I had to agree.
I called left a message and an Angel returned my call. The original offer was taken off the table after they contacted the county PVA. I made a counter offer, but they made another counter because the land could not be used to build on. I accepted their offer. It was a fair offer given the fact that it can’t be built on.
Shelby Wengreen was the representative for the company. I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism. Shelby was very personable. I was talked with like a family friend.
Don’t hesitate if you’re interested in selling. This company is family oriented and high on integrity.

I received a letter from the Wengreens to purchase a plot of undeveloped land that we owned. I held the letter for a few weeks and didn't act on it, not sure if it was real or a scam.
